Study sections use the available space

Survey and video interview section navigation now starts at the left edge of the editor and uses its available width. Sections stay visible when there is enough room, rather than being hidden behind unnecessary horizontal scrolling. Smaller screens retain scrolling when the full trail cannot fit.
