Fairer pay for participants and clearer interview prices
- People taking part in your studies are now paid more, and more for harder-to-reach audiences.
- Video interview prices now follow how long the call is. You only pay for the calls that actually happen, and nothing if none do.
- Each call length now has a short note to help you pick.
- Video interviews with your own participants are free for up to 10 booked calls a month.
- Surveys that get no responses are refunded in full.
