Studies you haven't filed sit at the top of your list

You don't need a folder to start a study. Anything you haven't filed sits at the top of your Studies page, next to any folders you've made. The path at the top of a study now reads "Studies / study name", or "Studies / folder / study name" when it's filed. From inside a folder you can take a study back out with "Remove from folder". Deleting a folder still asks whether to keep its studies or delete them too.
