The footer is now on every page

Some pages did not have our footer. The pricing page was one: you could read the prices, then find yourself with no way to our privacy notice or cookie settings without using the back button.

The footer now appears at the bottom of every public page: pricing, book a demo, our privacy notice, the participant notice and the sponsor terms. It carries the same four things everywhere: our writing, pricing, our privacy notice, and cookie settings, so you can change your mind about cookies from anywhere.

Nothing about what we collect changed. This only makes the controls easier to reach.
