Clearer interview scheduling

Interview availability now keeps each date, its hours and editing actions together in one compact row. Dates can be switched off without losing the hours entered. Extra time windows sit underneath the first pair, and repeated start and end labels have been removed. The preview and saved interview times still use the selected dates, interview length and breaks.
