Video interviews you run yourself

You can now choose Video interview when you create a study. Probe helps you write the discussion guide, then you run each call yourself, in the browser, with the guide beside you.

Pick how many interviews you want, how long each call is, and who takes part. If you bring your own people, it's free: add the times you're free and share the booking link. People pick a time, get an email with their link, and a reminder an hour before.

If you'd rather we find people, choose the panel. We only recruit people who have agreed to video interviews and have a camera and microphone. You see one price before you launch, and it comes out of your Research Balance. People are paid only after the call happens, and when you close the study, anything you didn't use goes back to your balance.

Every call is recorded and transcribed, and both appear on the session page.
