Consent now sits on the welcome screen

Every survey now opens with a short welcome screen. It explains how answers are used, names any sensitive topics the questions cover, links to the privacy notice and asks people to press "I agree" before they start. The study assistant no longer adds a consent question, so it never shows up in your results or export.
